These high-end earbuds are breaking sales records in the US

This is why I will NEVER buy any product from big brands again!

I’ve never been a fan of big-name brands. I never believed the over-hyped fluff nor trusted the quality for the price. Not many people know this, but large companies spend more money on advertising the perceived quality, rather than on the actual quality of their products.

However, a year ago I decided to buy earbuds made by a very famous “premium” brand with a very famous founder. I think you know which one....

What a mistake that was!

At first they were fine, but then out of nowhere they stopped working a couple of weeks later. And the most crazy thing? Their customer support refused to replace them or offer me a solution. Why?

Because according to them, it was my fault.

See, this is the problem with big brands. They don’t respect or value their customers.

That’s another reason I prefer smaller brands. Smaller brands not only care for their customers, but they also offer high-quality products at a better price. They prefer to focus on making products better for their customers rather than just make as much money as possible.
